The leaf shape of Liu An Gua Pian without buds and stems makes itself much distinguished among thousands of kinds of teas in China.

After picking one bud with two leaves from the plant, the tea maker removes the bud and any stem from the leaves.Glossy leaves covered with white hair frost, one sign of authentic high  quality. These carefully processed leaves in even size nad shape are then pan-fired over low heat, creating a tea  with  shinning green colored leaves and a flavor that is high and refreshing,full of strong aroma, with mellow and sweet aftertaste.
